Follow steps:-
1. First of all turn on your printer and connect to the computer. Then Download Adjustment Program (Resetter). Antivirus does not allow some Adjustment Program and keygen, so you should disable/pause antivirus protection before downloading and run the adjustment program.
2. Extract zip file. Then double click on AdjProg.
3. After that click on Select, another window open.
4. Choose Model Name, Destination, Port and click on Ok.
5. Click on particular adjustment mode. Then another window opens.
6. Select Waste ink pad counter and click on Ok.
7. Checkmark Maintenance Box Counter and Platen pad counter. Then if you can click on Check button, you will see counter point. Finally click on Initialize.
8. When you click on Initialize then one confirmation dialog box will appears. Click on Yes and Restart your printer. Now, your printer is ready for work
